This is a three day package that includes Friday Saturday and Sunday. You will have Friday for set up and rehearsal dinner from 9 AM to 9 PM. Saturday Wedding day from 9 AM to 10 PM. Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM to clean up. This will not include any sort of coordinating, set up, or clean up. All of the details are totally up to you!

1-150 Guests

This includes up to 150 Plastic chairs, 20 60' round tables, insurance, and a luxury restroom trailer.  This will not include any sort of coordinating, set up, or clean up. All of the details are totally up to you!

This package is made to take away all of your worries starting 2 weeks before your wedding. The primary component of this package aims to ensure you, your fiancé, and your loved ones have a memorable day while we take care of the rest! We are the first to get to the location and the last to go. We will collaborate closely with your wedding party and vendors to ensure that everything goes just as planned for your special day.

• Unlimited communication with your Coordinator from the moment you secure our services. 
• Unlimited hours on your wedding day (we’re the first to arrive and the last to leave!)
• We start working with you on your wedding, 2 weeks before the big day! 
• We will work with you to create a detailed timeline. 
• Vendors main point of contact at the 1-week mark.
• Wedding day schedule management ensuring everything is happening when it’s supposed to! 
• Assisting the photographer, gathering your family & wedding party for pictures! 
• Handling all of the setup & decorating. 
• Managing any emergencies that may arise. 
• Direct vendors and assist them as needed. 
• Handling all of the cleaning/packing.

You've arranged the major things. Like locating a location and a few suppliers, but you feel overloaded when it comes to deciding on the little things. We have the ability to make sure everything is going according to plan, secure any last vendors, and keep you on track.

For the newly engaged couple who don't know where to start or whose hectic schedules prevent them from having time to plan a wedding. We are with you from start to end. We'll work with you to create a perfect day that embodies your essence and goals. We will assist with everything from hiring vendors to arranging the ceremony and reception—we won't leave until the last guest departs.
