Privacy Policy

Savanna Gardens is a 

private residence / private property. 

•All persons visiting the venue must make an appointment with Bobby.
•All vendors must be on the vendor list to access the property for an event.
• Wedding party can start set up 9am and must be done by 10pm Friday and Saturday. Clean up 9am-3pm Sunday. 

noise policy

Noise restrictions are limited to 10pm. 

Any loud noises and amplified music must be turned off at 10pm. 

If neighbors complain about noise then the event will be limited to indoor reception area with low noise. 

If noise continues to be a problem then event will be closed down.

alcohol policy 

Alcohol is allowed on the property. 

You will need a bartender to serve alcohol.

Alcohol isn’t allowed to be sold.

food policy 

You can use any caterer of your choosing. 

You may also bring your own food.

decor

Decorating is all up to you. We will provide a clean space for you to decorate however you wish. We can move barn decor items that you don’t want into the shed or use everything that you’d like.
